About Us

The Children's Museum of Northeast Montana is a non-profit 501c3 organization.

The Museum began as a dream for local parents as they were searching for a fun, indoor safe place to take their children. The group created a Board, collaborated ideas, created a plan and began to fundraise. A year and 3 months later in March of 2006, the Children's Museum of Northeast Montana opened it's doors to the public.

Our Mission

"The Children's Museum of Northeast Montana will provide an environment that stimulates exploration, creativity and discovery and empowers children with knowledge through fun, hands-on experiences. Children and their families will be immersed in an atmosphere that encompasses the creative arts, science and culture."
